1. No Refund Policy / कोई रिफंड नहीं
ShreeBhaiya.com provides digital educational products, including online courses, live classes, recorded lectures, notes, PPTs, and other learning materials. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access provided after purchase, all course purchases are non-refundable.
ShreeBhaiya.com डिजिटल शैक्षणिक सेवाएं प्रदान करता है, जिसमें ऑनलाइन कोर्स, लाइव क्लास, रिकॉर्डेड लेक्चर, नोट्स, PPT एवं अन्य अध्ययन सामग्री शामिल हैं। डिजिटल सामग्री की प्रकृति और खरीद के बाद तुरंत एक्सेस उपलब्ध होने के कारण सभी कोर्स खरीद नॉन-रिफंडेबल (वापसी योग्य नहीं) हैं।
2. No Cancellation / कोई कैंसिलेशन नहीं
Once a course is purchased and access is provided, the enrollment cannot be cancelled and no refund request will be accepted.
एक बार कोर्स खरीदने और एक्सेस उपलब्ध कराने के बाद नामांकन रद्द नहीं किया जा सकता और किसी भी प्रकार का रिफंड स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
3. Student Responsibility / विद्यार्थी की जिम्मेदारी
Students are advised to check the course details, syllabus, features, and validity period before purchasing the course.
विद्यार्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि कोर्स खरीदने से पहले कोर्स की जानकारी, सिलेबस, सुविधाएं और वैधता अवधि को ध्यानपूर्वक जांच लें।
4. Technical Issues / तकनीकी समस्या
In case of genuine technical issues related to account access or platform errors, students may contact our support team for assistance. Resolution will be provided as per the situation.
अकाउंट एक्सेस या प्लेटफॉर्म से संबंधित वास्तविक तकनीकी समस्या होने पर विद्यार्थी हमारी सहायता टीम से संपर्क कर सकते हैं। समस्या का समाधान परिस्थिति के अनुसार किया जाएगा।
